Yes, and we encourage you to do so! We have made out online application easy to follow, and as always our step by step instructions make your instant approval even faster!

How do I send in my LES?

After your submit your application online, log in to your MyPay where can view your LES.  The application will then ask you to upload your LES.  If you have problems, save the LES to your desktop, attach to an email and send to freedomonline@freedomfe.com.

How fast until I get approved for credit?

We approve applications quickly!  No long waits here to get your products! 

How much can I be approved for?

We approve up to $7500 in instant store Credit.

I am a civilian. Can I apply for credit on your website?

We take civilian applications, but only in our local stores.  Please visit shopfreedom.com/locations for the store nearest you.

What if I have bad credit, can I apply?

Yes, We at Freedom make it our personal mission to help you build your credit.  We, unlike our competitors actually report our customers’ on-time payments to the credit bureaus each month.

Can I still apply if I’m stationed overseas?

Of course!  Freedom ships to your home, even if that home is currently 6000 miles away.

Is my personal information secure?

ALWAYS.  We never share any of your information with 3rd parties.

How do I make my payments?

The recommended repayment method for active duty military is by military allotment. Freedom Furniture & Electronics recommends allotment repayment because DFAS instituted discretionary allotments for the convenience of the service member. Using an allotment to repay your military loan is extremely beneficial to you because:

• It is convenient and automatic.
• It is timely.
• No check to write each month.
• No envelope, no coupon, no stamps, no trip to the mailbox.
• No need to remember a due date.
• No need to worry when you are in the field, TDY, emergency leave, deployed, etc.
• The allotment service company sends us your money by the first of the month.
• No worry about late payments or late charges.

You can make an additional payment several ways.  You can make the payment in person in one of our stores, or online at http://www.shopfreedom.com/pay-online

I need to purchase additional items but I still owe you money, Can I still apply?

Certainly!  We reward on time payments with increased credit lines and Add-On information.  You may be able to add-on more of the items you need without increasing your monthly allotment by a penny!
